The perfect apartment stay with affordable rates also in a quiet location but also not so far from Town. One apartment consists of 3 Bedrooms with attached bathroom, A Living Room, A dining hall and a kitchen with essential equipment provided such a GAs stove , refrigerator, oven, kettle, iron box, washing machine and utensils and cooking wares. The apartment's owner Mathew sir is very attentive of our needs and also gave us special discount rates for staying I really recommend this place for a budget friendly luxury stay for your friends and Family

The Homestay is well maintained, clean, spotless and tidy.
Moreover, both the rooms have good air conditioning and other amenities required for a pleasant stay. The price is reasonable and the staff is welcoming, too. Also, it is really close to the Thiruvananthapuram Airport and there are several shops and good restaurants nearby. Hence, although there is no room service, everything is accessible and deliverable. I highly recommend it for families who plan to visit Thiruvananthapuram.

Athrakkattu Enclave Homestay!
Is a place you would want to stay if you to get the experience of home away from home. I had to go to Kerala from the US to conduct my son’s wedding. The owner Mr. Daniels worked with me for weeks to make sure he answered all my questions and worked with me on the pricing as well. I needed to rent out four apartments for the occasion. I was nervous as TRV is not my home base. My children born and raised in the US had no complaints at all. They approved!!! That to me was a sign that this is a homestay to come back to. Mathew, the caretaker is a darling. He is genuinely a very caring person and so fit for the job. I was constantly seeking his help even at ungodly hours…… and he stepped up every time. I was very humbled by the love and care he put into the clients. I would definitely take my family back here….. therefore needless to say that I recommend this beautiful place if you are looking for a home feel away from home!!!

This is the best place to stay with your family.
We stayed in a three bed room apartment with bathrooms attached, living room, dining room and kitchen. Room service was excellent. Stores are closer by and Uber is available anytime you want. I encourage everyone to go stay here and rates are affordable.

Had a great and straightforward stay at the Athrakattu Enclave.
We needed a stay nearby to a function happening in the area and was referred this property. It was easy to contact the owner and was able to book the facility easily. In addition they were able to accommodate our requests as well and the caretaker was always available. We also had a parking area for the vehicle. Highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the area.

The property was clean, well maintained and properly sanitised.
The owner and the care taker are very humble and make sure to make you stay as comfortable as they can. My family loved it! I’ll recommend this stay for family, girls and everyone travelling to Trivandrum. There is a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants,ATM etc. nearby (around 250-300 mts) which makes this a good location. Definitely staying here over other hotels/BnBs on my next travel!

We stayed here for a week, and our experience was great.
The flat is clean and well-maintained. They provide all essential items you would need to stay there for the entire duration of your stay. And if you need anything more, you will find it within walkable distance. Therefore, I strongly recommend Athrakkattu Enclave Homestay!
